My loaded potato cheddar broccoli soup is the perfect marriage of both delicious soups: classic cheddar broccoli and baked potato soup. Topped with extra cheddar, bacon crumbles and green onions.

My client wanted a plain roast beef and cheddar sub so that’s exactly what she got… I also chopped up some veggies for her to snack on throughout the week. Big or small… I do it all!
