ATTENTION! I recently went south to pick up eggs, dairy, local meats and such and was shocked by what I saw. There was at least 10, probably more, farm properties up for auction. In one county. This has consequences that affect all of us. I have never seen such a number of auctions. If there was ever a time to support local farms, this is it! This is why we do what we do and we ask for your support. Please place an order with us and help us continue our mission to support local Ohio farms.

BIG NEWS! We have shed our local brick and mortar store and we are going back to our roots! We are now fully online, for orders and delivery to your door. If you are sad to see the store go, thank you for supporting it and please stick with us. It was a joy for me to serve you and get to know your families. You came to us, now let us come to you. I look forward to continuing our relationship at your door.
As our lease ended, we had a decision to make. We could continue to carry high overhead costs and be tethered to one spot, or we could save money and become more mobile. We felt the choice was obvious, as it will let us be in more communities and will keep our costs and prices low and affordable.
As we move forward, we also felt it was time for a refresh so we have rebranded as the Cleveland Meat Share. We're going back to our roots and focusing on our Small Share Model. I believe this is and always has been the best way to make more locally-raised food more affordable, sustainable and accessible to more families.
Retail is still available. But our small shares are a great value that will also allow us to support more Ohio farms. We are committed to partnering with more farms moving forward, bringing you a more diverse curation of high-quality local meats.
We are also moving away from food products, prepared foods, dairy, fish, bakery and produce. We've tried all of these with varying success and have enjoyed supporting these local businesses. However, our mission has always been locally raised meats and in order to fulfill that mission, we feel it should be our one and only priority.
We are also joining farmer's markets with great success so if you have one you want to see us at, let me know. And, we are looking for drop-off locations in your neighborhood. Please let me know of a business, church, home, or other spot you think would be great. Drop-off locations allow us to deliver to a bunch of customers at once, making it convenient for everyone.
Delivery to your door will be the same. The delivery fee is scaled based on distance. Deliveries will be on the weekends. There is no obligation.
We're moooving on to greener pastures and we hope you continue with us on the journey. Please support our mission by placing your order here and we look forward to seeing you soon!
