It usually arrives when everyone says they’re too full for dessert. 🍰 Then the cheesecake hits the table, the coffee is poured, and somehow there’s room after all.

One forkful becomes another, the conversation stretches a little longer, and suddenly no one seems quite ready to leave.

Some desserts don’t end the meal. They give it one more chapter.

It starts before the plate ever reaches the table. 🍝 The sauce simmering low, meatballs browning in the pan, pasta hitting the water, and that unmistakable sound of everything coming together.

Then comes the toss, the final spoonful of sauce, and a little parmesan over the top.
