Check out original watercolors by Joe Lahita. His show will be hanging in Skylines until the end of October. He has a great assortment of beautiful works for sale.
While you are there, have some yummy food and awesome drinks. Skylines is definitely respecting social distancing. The weather getting cooler their outside dining is fabulous too. Take a ride and eat outside. 😊👏

Check out art by Sue Brindle. Her watercolors have been on display for the month of June and will remain on display until mid-July. Stop for a look and enjoy some yummy food. Take a field trip and venture out.
Given the current situation with covid19, we would like to remind you the restaurant is open with plenty of outdoor seating with umbrellas. They are also open for carry-out. Food is just as great as always.

During Covid19 it’s been challenging to change the art. It’s been super hard on restaurants. Please support your locals. Skylines has a huge outdoor area with adjustable umbrellas and the food is still great. The carry-out is just as good.
This month artist, Sue Brindle, has been on display there. Her watercolors works will remain on display until Mid-July. Have a field trip day. Check out her art and have a bite to eat.

Check out art by Jeanne George. She’s been a real trooper through covid19 leaving her art up. Such a shame to miss seeing it. Hopefully you can get some carry out from Skylines Cafe and take a peak at her art.

There’s is no date set for new artist to be installed.

Please stop by to see the fine watercolor works of Jeanne George at Skylines until early April. She uses a fine had and has delicate details in her brightly colored works.
Also, Jeanne has taken on a role of teaching children workshops every second Saturday at the Clayton Library through the grants to Clayton Visual Arts!
Check out Skylines for lunch, dinner and Sunday brunches. Their food is great and so are their drinks.

Please stop by Skylines cafe and take some time to enjoy artwork by Cheryl McCardle. Her abstracts have so much life and texture. She has produced a variety of color combos and sizes to enjoy.
Cheryl’s show will remain in Skylines cafe until mid February-

Hope y’all had a chance to enjoy some works by Paul Gala. He is a Raleigh artist and has vibrant work on display which is done on metal boards. It is quite a show. One you don’t want to miss.

Hope you all enjoyed the show at Skylines this month. We have one more week to go. It was featuring the works of several local artists that painted scenes to commemorate the town of Clayton’s 150th year anniversary. There were works by Jim DeCresie, Heidi Lee Peach, Jo Tucker, Amy Beshgetoorian, Catherine Donleycott, Krissy Crittenden and David Lennon. Thanks to all that participated.

Come to Skylines to enjoy Bronwen Fullington’s fiber art. She hand spins here yarns and makes fabulous pieces whether to wear them or as tapestry hangings. She has some neutral and some very bright pieces. The show will surely delight-check our her show through mid July while you have a great meal at Skylines with some fabulous summer drinks!!! Check out their outdoor patio with seating for large groups as well.

Now on display at Skylines Cafe we have Cathy Mendola’s fiber art to enjoy. Her work is created on wool, cotton and silk. By hand stitching and embroidering each detail into the piece, her one of a kind piece evolves. Some works even have shells stitched into them. This form of Art incorporates many elements of craft, design and meticulous hand tooling. Please be sure not to miss out on seeing this unique show. This art exhibit will be on display until the end of May!
As always, grab a bite to eat and a drink in Skylines and enjoy their wonderful chefs creations.
