MABOMEN is our Ramen of the Week! 🍜πŸ”₯ Shoyu ramen with intense (but not too intense) pork Mabo tofu topping. Spicy, sweet, salty, and sour, this one hits all the flavor notes. A wonderful example of Chuka Ryōri.

We will also have our Ramp miso this week. Get it before the season is over! 🌱
