Baby Vegan Cafe is still looking for a space in the downtown Cincinnati area! We would love partner with another resturant or find a walk-up window in OTR.

Baby Vegan Cafe is officially closing its doors in the Roselawn Center.

For reasons out of our control we are forced to find a new location.

Transparency post:

Baby Vegan Cafe opened 11 months ago and was so excited to serve the plant based community in Cincinnati. Our rental agency rented the property to us with an “in progress fix” that never got fixed. What started off as a small leak quickly turned into a small river flowing through our only bathroom in the unit! Because of their unwillingness to fix the problem we had no choice but to report it to the building department and close our doors!

Since then we have tried to work with the property to get the issue fixed because it is structural and we’re met with their lawyers demanding we maintain the lease...without a fix of the issue. We have laid off staff and come to the conclusion that we were misled.

As we stand up for our Black Owned Business we just wanted to be fully transparent with our plant based family.
