Just a heads up. What I intend to cook are tamales. I'm already getting requests for items that are Mexican food but not tamales. I might be doing several different foods from time to time but in general I am sticking to just making tamales. Thanks for the suggestions but again I am the Tennessee Tamale Guy. Okay looks like the restaurant is going to be opening soon. I encourage everyone to stop by. I personally will not be able to join the crew until I get my surgeries done. Okay guys I wanted to make Octoberfest tamales. But I only got one taker and he only wanted half a Dz. Well normally I go shopping on Thursday or Friday to cook over the weekend. Unfortunately with only an order for half a dozen I cannot justify going to purchase supplies just to make them So unfortunately I will have to pass on making the Octoberfest tamales. Maybe next year

This just in. The restaurant just passed it's needed inspections. We are now free to open up. We have some things to do but the restaurant will indeed be opening soon. I on the other hand have to wait until after my eye surgeries. But once I am cleared I will be coming back hard to make you and the community all the tamales I can. Stay tuned

And on another note. It's that time of year. Yes with Octoberfest events happening throughout the area it's only natural for me to do the Octoberfest tamales I have come to be known for. If you want to place an order just message me. Once I have enough orders I will make the tamales then message you for delivery. Thanks again and please share so others can also order some tamales

A quick update on the brick and mortar restaurant. Looks like we are just waiting on some inspections. Once we pass we will have a soft opening to invite friends and family. We are also going to invite the JC Chamber of Commerce to do a ribbon cutting to officially get the restaurant started. Hopefully we will let you know when we will have the restaurant open to the public
