I’ve went to the gym maybe 4-6 times last month, normally I go 6 days a week and been at for over a year straight with no breaks, I’m STILL fine… 💯 I had to listen to my body but I’m back like I never left this I had to drop 😫 the weight on some on my workouts not for long though… 💪🏾 It’s ok to take a break just DON’T quit…. 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
