Razpachos Story

We started with an idea 4 years ago: To bring an authentic Mexican dessert to our neighborhood. Growing up in Mexico exposed us to original recipes; specially the Gazpacho Moreliano, a combination of mango, jicama, pineapple and cucumber mixed with tajin, lime and orange juice. A real treat that we could not find anywhere in Chicago. It started with that one product and escalated into a complete ice cream shop, cafe, natural juice and smoothie bar.

We traveled to Mexico to be taught the secrets of making Mexican Paletas (fruit ice pops), for a whole week we were submerged in the science of making authentic paletas and ice cream. We also traveled the streets trying all of the delicious street food. Talking to people about the "secret" of their food creations and we realized there is no secret. It is all in the quality of the product they used and the passion for authenticity and service. That's what we offer: top quality products with great customer service.
