A dessert inspired by two islands coming together.
Turon is a beloved Filipino street food traditionally made with sweet banana wrapped and fried until golden and crispy. We gave it a Puerto Rican twist with inspiration from the classic quesito — adding a sweet guava cream cheese filling topped with a coconut icing and coconut crumble that brings that familiar bakery flavor we grew up loving.
Crispy, creamy, sweet, and nostalgic.
