At the beginning of the year the middle of a pandemic, I walked out of a job that had provided me "security " for years. I prayed to God, took a leap of faith, and bounced. Baby I was scared scared! However, let me tell you about my amazing God! I couldn't have imagined the accomplishments I made over the past year. I want to say Thank you! Thank you to anybody who booked a private dinner, booked a catering job , bought a sauce, purchased a plate, visited a pop up shop, purchased a sauce, Meal prep, recommended my services, shared a post, and out right gave me a chance. Please know I am forever grateful for you and the amazing support over the past year. Thank you for helping me follow my dreams. I learned so much over the past year and im grateful for all my experiences including the challenges. This entrepreneur life is not for the weak chile. However, if I had to share anything it would be to KEEP GOING, KEEP LEARNING, KNOW YOUR WORTH AND ADD TAX. I still have soooo much to learn but I'm praying, working, and letting God take the wheel. Cheers to continued growth and blessings. 2021 was cute ,but 2022 it's time to show out!

Cooking Tip Thursday!

Now my favorite way to eat green beans has to be boiled in some seasoned broth with Turkey meat HOWEVER my second is Sautéed. Grab super bright green beans, clean them well with some water and a bit of vinegar. If you choose to trim the ends or cook them joints the way they are.
Boil your green beans for about 4 minutes then submerge in an ice bath to stop the cooking , this process is called blanching. Then sautée them in some olive oil SEASON LIBERALLY with pepper, garlic, salt, red pepper flakes, a squeeze of lemon, and top with Herb Butter. Trust me simple and a great addition for the holidays. Thank me later 😋
