Babka and Pop’s lunch today was our new Smoky Kielbasa pizza. Babka pulled from her Polish roots for this one. And it is a delicious savory pizza with a sweet and tangy sauce. It is almost time for our event at the Chetek Farmers Market at The Pine Lodge Shop. It’s tomorrow (Saturday the 5th) from 9-1.

Garlic is roasted, dough is chilling and fermenting and we are almost ready for Saturday’s event Chetek Farmers Market at The Pine Lodge Shop from 9 am to 1 pm. All we need is you and hopefully some nice weather. But we will be there rain or shine!

A big thank you to everyone who came out to see us at the Chetek Farmers Market at The Pine Lodge Shop on Saturday. It was a big day for us because we got to meet your dogs, and we sold our 1000th pizza! It was fun to have one of our amazing regulars the Wyers family step in to win lucky pizza #1000. We are blessed to have such a supportive community. Hope to see you all again this weekend at Hope & Anchor Coffeehouse 4-7 pm as we celebrate another big milestone.

Today is dough day! We love a good 72 hour cold ferment that creates a fluffy and crispy crust with authentic Italian flavor that supports our top quality toppings! Homemade sauce made with San Marzano Italian tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and fresh basil are just a few of our toppings that are on The Basil.
