Chopp's Food Truck

09/27/2026

Yesterday we were blessed at Richard Bland College to be part of the 25 th Southern Knights Cruisers car show and let me say this. I’ve been to lots of car shows and this show is one of the best if not the best yet! We can’t thank the new customers and repeat customers that had us on our toes for 4 hours non stop. Thank you to all the military men and women for choosing Chopp’s for your lunch and thank you for your service. The only negative about doing these larger events is we don’t get to browse around and see all the beautiful cars, trucks and motorcycles buttttt we do get to have lots of smiling faces come to the little food trailer! Nothing is more satisfying than having people come back to the windows and give us a huge thumbs up and let us know they’ll be back and take a business card. We’re already paid and signed up for next year so make sure you keep an eye out for the date!!

Tip of the hat to Colonial Heights for the 100 year celebration. Chopp’s was honored to be a part of this great event today. The music was fantastic, the crowds were amazing and the employees of the city worked their butts off and were as good as it gets! Thank you for letting us celebrate this event 🎉

Notice: Due to a week long Revival at Matoaca Christian Fellowship there will be no food truck rodeo on the 28th of this month. Sorry for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience. On the positive side September should bring us some welcome relief from this brutal heatwave.
