One of our favorite ways to make our coffee is by a cone. While everyone has there own method, here is the quick and dirty approach:

350 grams Water
24-30 grams of Coffee

1. Pour a bit over the coffee. Just enough to soak the beans. This will release the gasses and help extract all the goodness.

2. Wait about 30 seconds to 1 min and pour some more water into the filter. About half way. Let it drain.

3. Pour some more, let drain.

4. Drink

Try adding some Maple Syrup as your sweetener. It goes great with the Kenyan!
