We had the absolute honor of delivering this grand 3-tiered beauty (12", 9", and 6") all the way to Victor, Idaho, to celebrate a combined 18th birthday and graduation! Each tier features layers of rich red velvet and classic chocolate cake, filled with silky chocolate ganache and crowned with fresh white roses. To complete the momentous occasion, we paired it with 10 dozen coordinated mini desserts for a full celebration spread. 🌹🍫

We had the absolute joy of crafting this dessert table, featuring a 1-tiered lemon blueberry cake filled with tangy lemon curd and smooth cream cheese frosting. Surrounding it are 70 pieces of assorted cheesecakes—topped with lemon, strawberry, and blueberry—and 30 mini churros shots paired with rich chocolate sauce. There is nothing like using premium, fresh ingredients to make your sweetest moments taste exactly like home.
