✨SOPHIA✨has come up with this weekend’s Senior Flavor and it’s such a fun one!

Though she’s the newest addition to the Honeycone team, Sophia has fit right in and it feels like she’s always been here. When she’s not dancing (which she’s dedicated her time and effort to over the last 15 years), she’s here scooping for you🥄

Her Senior Flavor is🍒🥤CHERRY DR PEPPER DIRTY SODA🥤🍒If you haven’t already tried a dirty soda, let the first time you do so be in ice cream form!

📚This fall, she will be attending Eastern Connecticut State University to study psychology, and potentially continuing dance, as well.

Now serving a flavor dreamed up by the lovely✨CAITLIN✨

A coffee ice cream base with espresso syrup-soaked ladyfingers, and whipped mascarpone frosting✨

Not only did she come up with the idea and ingredients, she even got to help make it!👩‍🍳🍦

Caitlin will be heading to North Carolina this fall where she will be attending Elon University.

This week’s Senior Flavor was dreamed up by✨AVA✨

🥒PICKLE SORBET🥒

This is for all you pickle lovers out there: a refreshing pickle sorbet made with Grillo’s pickles!🌿

We love this flavor idea for so many reasons. It’s daring, it’s something so many people have been really excited about when we’ve mentioned it as an upcoming flavor, it has raised eyebrows, and we’ve never made it before! In the words of Danielle of who was the first person to try it: “It crosses that bridge between sweet and savory,” and “I genuinely can’t stop eating it.” Our first taste of it provoked a joyous laugh and then a, “Wow, that is certainly pickle sorbet!”👩‍🍳

It’s been a joy having Ava here at Honeycone, and we are sad to see her leave but so happy for her in her plans to attend College of Charleston to major in biology, in hopes of pursuing something in the marine biology field🐠

Good luck Ava!💪We’ll miss you!
