⚠️ Nacho Lovers... Since we don't run a fryer in our trailer, we won't be ordering new fryer ingredients, so get your Nachos now before they run out. Same with Poutine. If we have Chicken tenders left, we're going to fry them up and give them to the kids for free our final weekend (we love our small statured human friends).

Lastly, from the bottom of our hearts we thank you, this past week has tugged on the heart strings. We have been blessed with numerous opportunities, that only could happen because of you and the kind words you all must have spoken regarding Phat Backs. We're not sure what we do to deserve the credit we get, sooo... I guess we just won't do anything different 🤷.

**For those who have reached out to us, know that we have your messages, and we're taking this time up till the end of June to make the right next step in our journey. Phat Backs started as a parenting tool, opportunity for our children, so all of this is taken with sincere consideration and gratitude... We are trying our solid best to get back to Cherry Valley as well.. We owe you. If we can't work something out, maybe we'll consider trying out delivery... One way or another, we'll be back! Until then we have Terry Mojo Johnson playing Saturday night, the man plays a guitar made from a hockey stick and it's great! Saturday!

Soo blessed for all the messages and support. We really are in our element in the food trailer/truck. If you've never eaten with us via our mobile unit, you should!... we try and make that a fun experience. And when Miss Taylor and I have total control over Phat Backs... It's extra magical 🙏. It's summer time... Here comes the true Phat Backs 💪🤤

OK folks, here's the deal. We're leaving Red Shed in one month's time. It has NOTHING to do with the amount of business you all brought us. 🍒 Valley has been Amazing! We're not going to air our laundry here, let's just say... We've just grown to see this is as our second home! With lots of new phamily.

"Cherry Valley if you have a location that can fit our Food Truck and is readily available... We will continue to come to Cherry Valley weekly, AND we pay 10% to the property owner. We'll be in Richfield Springs too of course. Help us out Cherry Valley, we don't want to miss you all 😭! We've done all we can do, but we have to do what's fair to Phat Backs, we've worked too hard to be put in this position. Send us a message, and at least come stuff your face till June 27th the latest!

This my phrends is a custom Nacho order. **Includes: Beef Tallow fried white corn tortillas, shredded provoline, Phat's Beans, sliced & grilled jalapeño poppers, Grilled onion, Jerk Chicken, Chorizo, Harissa, Herb Aioli, Sour Cream, Cilantro, sour. 😴... And yes, when finished, the tray will even get the proverbial kitchen sink.
