Cherokee Wheatheart had the pleasure of a great visit from Loren Angle.
Loren is currently our Associate District Judge uncontested for about 24 years.
Loren would like to see an updated sound system in our court room. Loren will continue doing a great job if he is reelected and says his favorite part of being judge is the people.

Cherokee Wheatheart had the pleasure of welcoming Meagan Hickman today.
Meagan is one of three runners for Associate District Judge.
Meagan has many accomplishments, one of which she began serving as a lawyer for Riffel, Riffel, and Benham in 2021. She has since opened a branch here in Cherokee in 2023.
Meagan also serves as the Municipal Judge for the City of Cherokee.

Cherokee Wheatheart was blessed today by the presence of Brian Mitchell and his wife Alicia.

Brian has served his country overseas in Kuwait and is currently the First Assistant District Attorney of district 26.

Brian is currently running for Associate District Judge of Alfalfa County.

Primaries will be June 16th.

Cherokee Wheatheart was very honored to have Gabe Salinas as our guest today as his last visit was just a little over a year ago.
Gabe celebrated a bit of his 6th birthday today with us and we celebrated in song.
Gabe then led us in The Pledge Of Allegiance.
We ate cheeseburgers with the fixings, potatoe salad and banana/strawberry jello, tea and milk,as Gabe enjoyed his lunchable that he had packed and ready for the day.
Gabe is the grandson of our much loved Joe and Suzie Salinas.
