We introduced this dish just a month ago, and the reviews are in — and they are incredible!

Almost every guest has finished their bowl clean to the last drop. 🍜 One moment that truly touched our hearts: a Chinese family who has called Spokane home for over 50 years drove here just to try our Garden Braised Beef Noodle Soup. Afterward, they told us it brought back the flavors they remembered from home. That means everything to us. ❤️

We heard you on the portion — 32 oz is generous! We're now offering a 24 oz option ($15.5) so everyone can enjoy a perfectly satisfying bowl. Come try it for yourself — we think you'll love it. 🥢✨

We are excited to bring you traditional Chinese Braised Beef Soup Noodle

Rooted in China's rich culinary tradition, every bowl tells a story. From the bustling streets of the north to the vibrant flavors of the south, beef noodle soup has warmed hearts across generations. Slow-simmered from marrow-rich beef bones and collagen-laden beef, our 浓汤 (rich broth) is the soul of this dish — rich, silky, and layered with complex flavors, finished with just the right touch of spice. Perfectly chewy noodles (10oz), each strand beautifully coated in that rich, silky broth, come together with fresh garden vegetables and melt-in-your-mouth braised beef (4oz) for a bowl of pure comfort
