SUGAR OF THE DAY: APPLE STRUDEL!

Some things are just worth bringing back.

Our Apple Strudel mini donuts sold out at Oktoberfest last year. Apparently, warm donuts covered in spiced brown sugar crumble with hints of apple and cinnamon were a pretty good idea.

Who knew?

So naturally, we’re doing it again.

Warm, golden mini donuts rolled in all that apple-cinnamon goodness. A little taste of fall with a Bavarian twist.

It’s our favorite time of year at The Chattanooga Market— OKTOBERFEST!

And we’re bringing back a couple of crowd favorites.

Sugar of the Day: Apple Strudel

Warm mini donuts rolled in spiced brown sugar crumble with hints of apple and cinnamon. They sold out last year, so apparently we weren’t the only ones who thought they were a good idea.

The Famous Butterb**r Slushie

Cold, creamy, frothy, and completely alcohol-free. All the fun of raising a stein without actually having to drink b**r. What is it? Butterscotch and cream soda served as a delicious slushie.

And yes, the big Fro-Daddy Stamp is back. Just ask.

Expect live oompah music, German food, Bavarian brews, dancing, contests, and plenty of people dressed like they just stepped out of Munich.

Sugar of the Day this Sunday at The Chattanooga Market is Spiced Biscoff Praline — The SBP!

We made friends with the spice vendor next to us at the market last Sunday.

Which, apparently, was all it took for Fro-Daddy to get creative.

Lucky Cajun handed him a sample of their 5 Spice — cinnamon, allspice, ginger, clove and chipotle — and suggested we try it on the donuts.

So Fro did what Fro does.

He added smoked sugar.
Smoked salt.
Biscoff.
Praline.

And somehow the thing that sounded suspiciously like chicken wings and a cookie had a baby… is actually really good.

Warm Biscoff and praline up front, a little spice underneath, and just enough smoke and salt to make you go back for another one.

A meeting was held.

The Apple Festival became the Fall Festival.

We were not consulted.

You can rename the Apple Festival. You cannot stop us from aggressively apple-ing.

There will be apples.

Many.

This Sunday—

APPLE C***R EVERYTHING.

We’re serving our Apple C***r Slushies—made with c***r from the little farm we love so much.

Apple c***r. Slushie machine. That’s it.

AND we put an apple c***r mini donut on the straw.

Obviously.

AND because apparently we have no interest in restraint, we decided to make APPLE C***R the Sugar of the Day too.

Apparently summer refuses to leave…

Strawberry Lemonade is this Sunday’s Sugar of the Day.

Bright, sweet, a little tart — and much more appropriate for a 90° Sunday than anything involving pumpkin.

Will the taste of strawberry lemonade convince you the heat is acceptable? Probably not. But it’s worth a try.

SHE’S BACK.

Biscoff Crumble sold out in less than three hours last time, leaving behind a trail of crumbs and disappointed people.

We promised we’d bring her back. So we did.

This Sunday, Biscoff Crumble returns as our Sugar of the Day—and if you guys do what you did last time, we might just have to stop calling her a special and give her a permanent spot on the menu.

Also happening at the Chattanooga Market: Top Chef. Local restaurants compete. Judges judge. Someone wins. We stand nearby eating donuts and drinking slushies. It’s a pretty solid Sunday.
