“Le Bombe Surprise”
(strong) Bourbon soaked cherries are about to be dusted with Cocoa powder and dipped in dark chocolate. . They will be the “pièce de résistance” of the almond-vanilla-cherry tart.

A few things! We will be serving dinner this friday (5p - 8p) in front of The General Store at Serenbe. Tacos!
We are moving toward becoming a solar dependent caterer. We have purchased the equipment (hopefully it works!) - That will not only lower our carbon footprint, but we will be silent (no generator) at events. Very excited to move in this direction. Also, we got a 100 on our Fulton County Health Score!

Beautiful Heritage Ribs (look at the marbleization) Marinated overnight in citrus, sherry and garlic - about to get a beautiful Iberian Rub of smoked paprika, garlic, onion and a bit of Sal de Ibiza.
