I love doing research and making food from scratch. I love egg rolls and decided to make some. I've made them before. However, I did it more by feel than actually doing research to understand how to make them. Whenever I do make anything, I incorporate the basics, then I always make it my own to be unique. This egg roll has a spicey filling because that's what I like. The dipping sauce is actually my Crack-Wing sauce I use on my Smoked Crack-Wings. I must say, they were delicious.
