There’s something incredibly meaningful about celebrating your wedding day with your closest friends and family — and we truly love getting to create edible art for couples choosing intimate celebrations.

We understand that when you’re hosting a smaller wedding, the food and overall experience can represent a significant part of the budget. That’s why we love working closely with our brides to bring their vision to life — thoughtfully curating a menu, creating an ethereal and visually stunning table, and making sure every detail feels intentional and personal.

Because when you’re celebrating your love story, every single detail matters. Every plate matters. Every ingredient matters.

As someone who chose a small wedding myself, getting to create these intimate celebrations for other couples feels especially close to my heart.

We’re so honored to be featured in Front Row Charlotte, talking about the art of dining at home and what makes private dining so special.

For us, it has always been about so much more than the food. It’s creating an experience that feels personal to you — your home, your people, your favorite foods, your stories, your music, your w**e, your way of gathering.

It’s the little details, the perfectly timed courses, the beautiful table, the warm hospitality… and ultimately, giving our clients the freedom to sit down, be present, and enjoy the people they invited into their home.

We loved popping up at Brewers at 4001 Yancey with The Friday Table 🤎🍻

The menu was built around peak summer ingredients, and incorporated Yancey’s brews — most notably in Chef Carl’s stout cherry cheesecake! 🍒

We served more than 40 people at this event, and featured 8+ local Charlotte farmers and vendors — from edible flowers to herbs to lettuces and stone fruit. 👩🏻‍🌾

The ability to work alongside local small-business-owners, and cook for our community is why we do what we do! Where should we pop up next? 💭

This was our first time working with Sarah — a quaint Italian dinner party for her closest friends at the Lake House! 🇮🇹🍝🍷 Over the summer, we went on to do two more events for her crew — a family reunion dinner, and then a cooking class — each gathering a little different, but all centered around good food, connection, and time spent together.

One of our favorite parts of what we do is being invited back. To return to a family’s home, cook for their ‘village’, and become a small part of the memories they’re creating is something we never take for granted.

There’s something so special about traveling with our clients and being invited into the places where they make their favorite memories. 🛶

This time, we headed to a gorgeous lake house for an evening of Aperitivo hour followed by a beautifully curated plated tasting menu.

From the first pour to the final course, our favorite part of what we do is creating an experience that lets our clients slow down, gather around the table, and enjoy their vacation.

We love what we do — cooking in home kitchens, becoming part of special celebrations, and creating the kind of evenings that become memories long after the last plate is cleared. That’s true hospitality to us.

Chefs’ Night Out ⛳️🍔🍦

How lucky are we to be part of a team that genuinely enjoys being together. Private cheffing is a demanding job, but having women beside you who support you, have your back, and genuinely enjoy working together makes all the difference.

So grateful for this who makes the long days worth it! 👯‍♀️

A curated chef’s tasting menu for a celebration this large-scale is a little like an orchestra. Every chef, every course, every plate, every detail has to move together, in lockstep, for the experience to truly come together. And when it does? It’s pure magic. 🎶

From sourcing and prep to plating and service, each element is thoughtfully architected so our guests can sit back, celebrate, and simply enjoy the moment.

Our private chef cooking classes make the perfect birthday experience for kids — hands-on, fun, and delicious! From making pasta from scratch to sitting down together to enjoy what they created, it’s a celebration they’ll actually remember.

When the client says, “Do whatever you want” for a tasting menu, it gives us as chefs the ultimate freedom to have fun, get creative, and truly play. 🌈

We loved making the trip up to Lake Norman to prepare a special evening for four friends and colleagues enjoying a few days lakeside.

We started the evening with cocktails and a beautiful charcuterie spread, then moved into a four-course premium tasting menu designed specifically for the group.

These are the evenings we love most — when we’re given the freedom to create, the setting is beautiful, and good food brings great people together.
