Seven years into this journey… and this is still one of my favorite days ever.

One of our first events of the season with the truck was at my son’s preschool. We started by feeding the awesome staff at LECC (and they definitely showed us some love — it turned into a really solid day for us too 🙌). Then his class came out, sat down, and I cooked them fresh fries for snack time. They even hit me with a full-on Q&A session 😂

It wasn’t some huge festival or big headline event… but it meant more than most. Just a group of kids, some fries, and me getting to bring my business into my son’s world for a day.

Moments like that hit different. Being able to build something that not only supports my family, but lets me actually show up for them like that… that’s the real win.

Grateful for days like this.
