NOW LIVE IN THE LAB. The new green landed and the first roasts are through the Roest. LAB-007 · Ethiopia Buno Dambi Uddo: a 93.0-point natural from Guji, the highest-scoring coffee we've ever brought into the lab. LAB-008 · Kenya Nyeri Mahiga AB: a 91.5-point washed Kenya, bright and juicy with a tea-like finish. And LAB-004 · Yemen Mokha Haimi is back, a fresh 50 lb of the most-ordered lot we've ever had. The Ethiopia and Kenya are one 50 lb lot each, and when they're gone, they're gone. Every bag is roasted to order: you pick the roast, you pick the grind. ORIGIN FILE 02: COLOMBIA. Half the lab comes from here. LAB-001 is a honey process from Javier Janamejoy in Aponte, Nariño. LAB-005 is a rare Chiroso from Edward Sandoval's farm in Santa Isabel, Tolima. LAB-006 comes from small producers around Buesaco, Nariño. Every bean starts as a cherry like these, picked when it's ripe. That's the one part the villain can't fake. → DrEvil.coffee

LAB-004 Mokha Haimi comes from small farms in Sana'a Governorate, and it's the only lot in the lab we're bringing back. The farmers do the hard part. BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND — YEMEN. LAB-004 · Mokha Haimi is the most-ordered lot in the lab, and it's the only one we're bringing back. Every other coffee retires when it sells through.
