A lot of people only see the finished product.
The grand opening. The flyer. The pictures.

They don’t always see the years behind it.

The self doubt.
The long nights.
The jobs that paid the bills while still holding onto the dream.
The moments you question if it’s all going to work out.

Cooking has never just been cooking for me.
This has always been bigger than food.

It’s passion.
It’s survival.
It’s community.
It’s creating a space where people feel something the second they walk in.

And after all these years… I’m finally stepping into something I prayed for.
