📣 📢IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ‼️📢📣

We’ve really been considering switching the brand up and changing our identity. 👀

Because, low-key, we can cook up ANY bird to perfection, and we don’t want to be hindered to just one bird. 😂🦃

The turkey was something we decided to do because so many people have problems cooking it. A lot of folks think turkey isn’t that good simply because they’ve never had it cooked RIGHT. So we wanted to capitalize on something people thought wasn’t that good and show them how good it could actually be.

But now we’re thinking about expanding and enlarging our territory. Because if we can make a TURKEY taste this good… imagine what we could do with all the other winged creatures! 🤯🔥

We’re talking gourmet-style chicken.
🔥 BIG chicken wings, tips and all! 😂
🦆 Oven-roasted duck. Duck confit.
🐔 Oven-roasted Cornish hen.
🐦 Deep-fried quail.
🪿 Holiday goose.

Man… we’re talking about showing the WORLD how poultry is supposed to taste. 🔥🦃🔥

Plus a whole lineup of southern style sides cooked fresh, not canned!

So yeah, this is just something we’ve been thinking about. Nothing is happening too soon, and we’re not saying a transition is definitely coming. But we may have to make a move eventually.

Hey y’all! Based on the weather reports, it looks like thunderstorms are rolling in right around the time we’d be serving lunch today. Normally, we’ll stick it out through a little rain, but today it looks like the storm is going to hang around for the entire lunch service.

So, we’re going to call it for today and try again tomorrow! 🙌🏾

I don’t normally hop on here and review stuff, but I HAVE to give credit where credit is due!

These homemade cinnamon buns are absolutely 🔥🔥🔥. They taste SO fresh, you can actually taste the homemade bread, and there’s none of that heavy, processed or preservative taste you sometimes get. The cream cheese icing is smooth, clean, rich, and perfectly creamy.

These aren’t just good… THESE ARE FIRE! 🥵🔥
