We finally have a home. After a month in our permanent space, Tracer Coffee is settling into a rhythm of community, craft, and cozy mornings. Come smell the coffee, sit a spell, and celebrate small beginnings with us. Read more about our first month: https://wix.to/5pRbkAk

It’s kind of crazy to say this, but… we finally have a home. After moving around, figuring things out, building piece by piece, this past month was our first month in a real, physical space. Not a pop-up, not temporary. A place where you can walk in, smell the coffee, sit down, and just be.And ho...

From pop-ups… to Waypoint.

There were days we showed up not knowing if anyone would come.
Just a table, a grinder, and a lot of belief.

Some mornings started in the dark—figuring things out as we went.
Talking to people one by one. Explaining why this coffee mattered.
Sometimes it hit. Sometimes it didn’t.

But we kept showing up.

Every cup, every conversation, every person who gave us a shot… it added up.

And now, somehow, we’re here.

Waypoint.

A space we get to call ours.
A place where everything we’ve been building actually lives.

Still the same intention.
Still learning. Still dialing things in.

Just with a little more room now.

If you’ve ever stopped by, supported us, or even just been curious…
you’re part of this more than you know.

Welcome to Waypoint.

These hands pick every single cup you drink.

Early mornings, steep hills, long days…
and still, they choose each cherry one by one—only the right ones.

It’s not easy work.
But it’s honest work. And it matters.

When you drink our coffee, you’re tasting more than flavor—
you’re tasting the effort, the care, and the people behind it.

Just thought you should see where it really starts.

This week’s pour over is something special.

From our Micro Lot Reserve: a honey-processed Chiroso grown in Concordia, Antioquia, and produced by Francisco Calle.

Harvested on March 9, this lot is a reflection of precision, patience, and origin you can actually taste. Every cup carries the work of the land, the process, and the people behind it.

Trace the origin. Taste the difference. ☕️

Something special is taking shape at Live Oak Charleston.

A reimagined space, a bold new restaurant concept, and a team known for pushing Charleston’s dining scene forward.

And right in the middle of it… coffee that belongs.
At Tracer, we’re not just here for hotel guests, we’re here for our Charleston community too.

Morning routines, quick catch-ups, slow pours, real conversations.

Because when a space is built with intention, it should be shared.

Come by. This one’s for you.

We almost exclusively talk about coffee… but this deserves your attention ☕️✨

Our pan de bono is a traditional Colombian cheese bread — warm, soft, slightly chewy on the inside with that perfect golden bite on the outside. Made with cassava flour and fresh cheese, it sits right between savory and a touch of sweet.

Now here’s where it gets fun…

Arequipe is a rich, slow-cooked Colombian caramel made from milk and sugar. It’s smooth, creamy, and adds a deep sweetness that melts right into the warm bread 🤌

Guava syrup brings a totally different vibe — fruity, bright, and slightly tangy. It cuts through the richness of the cheese and adds that classic Latin sweet-savory contrast

You can keep it classic…
or elevate it depending on your mood.

So tell us — are you team plain, arequipe, or guava? 👇

In 2020, I found something I didn’t expect.

Hidden on my grandfather’s farm in Colombia were a few coffee plants he had planted years ago. They were still there… still producing… quietly waiting to be noticed again.

That moment changed everything for me.

What started as curiosity turned into learning how coffee is grown, how it’s processed, how farmers live, and how much care goes into every single bean. I spent time on the farm, met incredible producers, and began understanding the story behind coffee in a way I never had before.

What began with a few forgotten plants slowly turned into a dream.

And now… three days from today… that dream becomes real.

In 3 days, I open my first coffee shop.

Every cup we serve carries a story of family, farmers, mountains, and the journey from a small coffee plant to a cup in your hands.

This is just the beginning. ☕️
