My best seller, Raspberry Fresno, is back in stock! Red fresno peppers are hard to come by, so this is now a signature rare hot sauce come the off season. But it tastes so good!! So get it while it lasts! I'm stocked up for this last market and I'm sure they will go fast!

My last day at the Farmers Market at Courthouse Square is this morning Saturday September 16 from 7:30am-10:30am! Come support me and our other local vendors on my last day of the market season!

I will be at the Farmers Market at Courthouse Square tomorrow morning (Saturday, September 2) from 7:30-10:30am selling hot sauce and candied jalapeños! I have samples available for anyone that would like to try them. Come out and support our local vendors. 🌶

I received my banners for my booth at the Farmers Market at Courthouse Square! Don't miss out trying these homemade hot sauces and candied jalapeños! I was able to spend some time stocking up on each flavor. Get them before they are gone! I will have samples available for everyone to try.

Welcome to the beginning of Wing It Williams. My intentions are to bring you a hot sauce that not only satisfies your spicy desires but also adds beautiful flavors to compliment any dish. Over time I plan on adding more than just these sauces so I hope you join me through my journey of flavor creations.
I have been dedicating my free time to work on these sauces since November of 2022, to create and perfect the flavor profiles of each sauce. I know that doesn't seem like a long time but I've put a lot of my time, money, and effort into these sauces and I hope you all enjoy them as much as I do. My cottage food license was finally approved and I was accepted to set up a stand at the Farmer's market on the square in Charleston. I also intend to apply for the Wednesday market on the square as well. Unfortunately with my work schedule it only allows me to attend every other weekend and every other Wednesday. However, I will gladly take any orders from this business page, my personal page, or through my wife, Alysha Williams. Please keep in mind all of these are small batch hot sauces so if I do run out while selling them I will still accept orders and make them asap and deliver them to you if needed or you may pick them up from my wife at her salon during her working hours.
I appreciate any support you all have to offer as I begin this journey to build my dream business.
