Founded by Amanda Damon, we serve thoughtful espresso and scratch-made brownies in a space designed to feel calm and welcoming.

It’s happening. 💚

Today is our last day of service as MunchiLove at Governor’s Village.

Tomorrow, construction begins and our little shop starts its transformation into Eluent Coffee.

Same owner. Same team. A new name and the next evolution of everything we’ve been building.

MunchiLove isn’t going anywhere — you’ll still find us popping up around the Triangle. ☕️

Some news I've been sitting on. 💜

MunchiLove has been named the official coffee provider for the 2026 Cycle North Carolina Mountains to Coast Tour.

Seven days. Seven towns. Mount Airy to Hatteras Island. 950 riders from more than 40 states, averaging 60 miles a day — and every morning before they clip in, we're the espresso.

When an organization needs to caffeinate 950 cyclists at 5am, in a different town every day, for a week straight — they need a coffee operation that doesn't miss. They picked us.

This one's coffee and energy bites only. The brownies will be waiting when we get home.

October 4–10. Riders — coffee packages are on sale now through , so your morning is handled before you get on the bike. 🚴‍♀️☕

Yesterday, I shared that I'd been building something that brings together every chapter of my life.

Today, I'm ready to share it with you.
Meet Eluent Coffee & Provisions.

For years, I thought science and coffee were two different passions. Looking back, I realize they were always leading me to the same place. Coffee for the Curious.

One important thing:
MunchiLove isn't going anywhere.

MunchiLove will continue serving brownies, espresso, and the mobile café at farmers markets, festivals, corporate events, and celebrations throughout the Triangle.

Eluent is the next chapter of the café.

From this point forward, the story of Eluent will continue over at .coffee, while MunchiLove's story continues here. If you'd like to follow along as Eluent comes to life, I'd love to have you there.

It isn't a new direction.
It's everything I've been working toward all along.

And honestly... it feels like the most me thing I've ever built.

A glimpse behind-the-scenes of this months’s savory scone: Sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and garlic all baked together with butter and flour to make an amazing scone. Available until the end of July!

Calling all almond lovers!

We are back from our holiday weekend with our new July menu!

This month’s muffin is a peach almond frangipane muffin. Filled with a house-made frangipane, this muffin has a tremendous texture with an intense almond flavor in the best way possible!

🇺🇸 Holiday Weekend Hours 🇺🇸

To celebrate the holiday, we’re giving our amazing team a well-deserved chance to enjoy the weekend with their friends and family.

We’ll be open during normal hours tomorrow, July 3, then we’ll be closed for the holiday weekend.

We’ll be back on Monday with a new menu, new drinks, and lots of delicious treats. We can’t wait to welcome you back!
