If you don’t have ripe bananas to bake with, You can bake them at 350 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes! If more on the greener side, bake them for up to 45 mins!!

Has anyone ever wondered what one full day as a baker would be like!? Let me break it down for you!! 😂

Today’s agenda :

Bake a 13 x 18 sheet cake ✅
Bake 7 dozen cookies & package individually ( 3 flavors ) ✅
Make two double batches of buttercream ✅
Decorate 6 dozen sugar cookies ✅
Clean the kitchen a hundred times ✅

Some days in the kitchen actually go your way and it’s the best feeling getting everything accomplished!!!

Now it’s time to think about how the heck I managed to get everything done by 6 pm 😅 and figure out tomorrow’s agenda!!

A couple custom orders of sugar cookies I did last week!!!

One thing I learned is that I need to buy a little projector LOL

I had double carpel tunnel surgery about 5 years ago and I still struggle with pain. Which means fine lines are extremely hard for me especially if I spend a whole day decorating cookies. The car cookies did NOT turn out as perfect as I hoped them to be but that’s okay I want to share not the so great sides of baking too!!! Even after a year and a half, I still learn something new everyday!!

WOW…. You guys showed up!! The amount of support you all have shown me means everything and I am so grateful that I get to continue to share my love for baking with you guys!! This journey has been nothing but a blessing!!! I have no words… I am just amazed by you all 🥹
