I have been meaning to make this cake, and I finally have the chance to make it today. As requested, chocolate cake with strawberry coulis ganache buttercream filling and fresh strawberries in the center. UBE TIRAMISU!🥰💜

Ensaymada. Another favorite among Filipinos. Great for either breakfast or a snack. It's a pastry dough rolled in butter and sugar. There's hardly any sugar in the dough, so the sweetness is coming from the toppings. it's fluffy, buttery, and so delicious. Garnished with cheese on top. Minimum order is half a dozen. I bake them in the morning, so call or text the night before to reserve yours. Thank you all for your continued support. God bless you.
