It is with much consideration that I make this announcement...

This will be my last day open at HTS. I want to thank the community and our loyal customers for your support. Big E had a dream, vision and passion for people, smoking meat and having a restaurant. He had it and he enjoyed it very much. We had several discussions about hours, days open, menu items and all aspects of HTS. I have shared with some of you a few of these conversations. I say that to say this. The restaurant business is hard work and very unpredictable and so is life. I have to decide what is best for us and having something stable and more predictable seems like the only logical option.

Again, thank you all for your loyal patronage to HTS.

We will be open until 5 today or until we sell out if you want to grab you some HTS before we close.
