PAIR x Wilderbloom Coffee Collab now available for purchase online, see link in bio.

This collaboration is blend of 2 coffees: one from each roaster (natural processed Myanmar and natural process Colombia). Like the stereotypical best friends, each coffee was specifically selected to create a balance of funky and wild, yet still well-rounded and reliable.

With notes of cranberry, brownie, and punch this coffee reminds us of stepping out of our comfort zone and trying new things. Surrounded by good company and fully supported by friends. Creating core memories to look back on.

We partnered with our friends at PAIR Cupworks to create a friendly blend for the pop-up! This coffee collab is a combination of coffees from Colombia (Sidra varietal) and Myanmar. Limited stock will be available at the pop up 3/13 & 3/14, and available online 3/15.

SPOT.LIGHT is all about focusing your attention on things that are life-giving. What brings you joy? What reminds you of the good?

To this end, we have created a collection of (free!) art work to be enjoyed at the event. Please see more information about each piece:

STAMP RALLY: a collection of hand-carved stamps and souvenir booklets. Each stamp corresponds to a different exhibit of the event.

BEAUTIFUL THINGS: an intimate and nostalgic work, reminiscent of late night phone calls with your friends. Celebrating the beauty of connection.

KOMOREBI: an immersive collection of light and shadows, which transports you to sitting under canopies of trees.

FROM THE DARK: a collaborative oil painting, focused on the idea of uniting together to overcome hardships.

GROWING WALL: an interactive exhibit with themes of reflection and sharing.

Our next event, spot.light, is a new creative endeavor. More than just serving coffee, we have crafted an entirely human experience from these questions that have lingered in our minds for months:

“When ugliness emerges, does beauty disappear?”
“Can I control what I give my attention to?”
“Do trees… talk to each other?”

⌯⌲ Paper Planes is a carbonic washed process coffee from Huehuetenango, Guatemala.

With notes of Asian pear, caramel, and white tea, this coffee tastes like being whisked away on a gentle breeze. The flavor is soft with a delicate mouthfeel, but it will lift you up, thrust you forwards, and help you defy gravity!

This coffee was produced by a large group of women from the Guaya’b Asociación Civil (GUAYA’B) coop. The GUAYA’B cooperative has established an environmentally friendly wet-mill that is accessible to the local family farms in the area. They also provide assistance for farming maintenance as well as technical training to help support the coffee community.

This is an absolutely delightful coffee, probably one of our favorites! Now available on our website.

🍏 “How ‘Bout Them Apples” is a carbonic honey process apple co-ferment coffee from Circasia, Colombia.

🍎 With notes of granny smith, cider spice, and apple jacks, this coffee tastes like the joy of childhood! Candied apples at the state fair. Coming home from school to homemade apple pie. Watching cartoons with a bowl of Apple Jacks cereal on a Saturday morning.

This coffee was produced by Edwin Noreña, who is famous for performing unique, controlled experiments on his coffee. For this coffee, he first ferments the coffee seed with the coffee fruit (honey process); then he ferments the coffee seed with a mixture of dried apples and fresh apples (co-ferment). The resulting coffee is a delightful harmony of fruity, sweet complexity!

This coffee is so special and we are excited to get to share this with you! Now available on our website.

As we look back on this year, we are thankful for our friends. Friends that have helped us with creative ideas for pop ups; friends that have encouraged us to chase new ideas; friends that have cheered us on since day one; friends that value spending time with each other with a cup of coffee. We are thankful for y’all 🫶 happy thanksgiving!
