We were closed today for a wedding reception (pics coming soon). At the entrance stood this sign talking about love. And despite us posting we would be closing we still received probably a dozen or so phone calls to place a to-go order.

Something stood out to me in every single one of those calls,

"Oh my God, that's so cool! Tell the couple we said congratulations!"

"Dang Im hungry but good for them, tell em I said congrats!"

"Congratulations!!! I know y'all are eating good over there."

"You guys host events? I didn't know. Tell them I said congrats!"

Love looks different for everyone but for us,

it's catering to your parties.

it's setting up for your events.

it's impromptu emceeing because you have stage fright

it's opening on Sundays & listening to Good Lord

it's football on the big screen & Stevie Wonder on the record player

And tonight, it's telling you we're closed and you being over joyous because someone just got married and they chose to spend their big night at your favorite restaurant

Our love for Centralia and it's people is far greater than any sentences we could ever type. It exceeds any event we could ever be apart. It really is larger than our entire operation and it all started with, you guys.

So thank you for helping us build our restaurant up 🧡

Huge shoutout and thanks to MTV for all the support. Our highest grossing day to date on individual sales. I’m paying for it today but definitely worth it. We sold over 1000 wings and 200 pieces of fish. Philly fries went like crazy and not to mention all the burgers. I had to make multiple trips to keep up with demand and had to make a quick trip to supplier or we would not have had enough to open up the restaurant today.
