After much consideration and reviewing of Financials we have decided Uncultured Swine will not be opening again. We had a tough year of buisness as have many folks due to rising costs its just not possible to continue. We appreciate all of those who gave us a shot and tried our sandwiches and mac bowls. We are very proud of the products we produced with local cheeses, beef,coffee, and produce. Thank you for all of your support, and if you are in need of a good food truck to try your hand at the buisness we will be selling our rig as soon as I prepare it for the next owners.

Hardwood slow smoked pulled pork with fresh missouri peach bourbon bbq sauce over milton mac and cheese

Stockyard
Slow hardwood smoked brisket burnt ends over milton mac and cheese with fresh house garlic dill pickle, pickled red onion, texas 2 step bbq sauce, and candied jalapeno

Yardbird Mac
Hickory smoked turkey breast over milton mac and cheese, texas 2 l-step bbq sauce with house milton old style cheddar pimento cheese and chow chow slaw

We have fresh kegged root beer, cream soda for floats

New this year fresh brewed iced Tea make it a peach tea at no charge!
