People ask me all the time, "Why don't you have your own restaurant?" Talent doesn't buy a building, passion doesn't buy a smoker, and hard work alone doesn't open doors. Not everyone starts from the same place.

I've spent over 20 years behind a pit and 15 years in restaurants. I've learned from some of the best chefs and pit masters, helped build menus, trained teams, and helped grow other people's businesses. But I'm tired of building everyone else's dream while mine waits.

Barbecue isn't just a job to me it's who I am. Every fire I light, every brisket I trim, every meal I serve carries a piece of my soul. I've survived more than most people know, and I refuse to quit. I still believe God has a purpose for me, I'll keep showing up, keep cooking, and keep believing.

Plenty of chicken plates I know your thinking come on man chicken… but this is some good ass chicken tender, moist, delicious. Plus ive already eaten like three of them so please come stop me.

Tuesday 12-4
Ill be doing some cheeseburgers and baked dr pepper chicken quarters. We lost everything on the truck when we lost power (about 1200 in food) I was able to scrape some money together after bills to get something going if you feel called to it everything is free I will keep the jar outside for donations to keep the train rolling.
