A new challenge with this cake. My daughter wanted an ice cream cake this year. Cookies and cream on the bottom, homemade fudge with oreo cookies in the middle, mint chocolate chip on top. Topped with homemade whipped cream. She helped decorate this one and did a great job!!

Started this weekend with a Pokémon cake! Also make some cookie dough to put in the freezer, so we can take it out and bake. Did monster cookies and andes mint cookies. Also made a chocolate trifle for my husband'sbirthday (not pictured, because I forgot to take a picture) but trust me it was good!

Was asked to make a no bake chocolate chip cookie dough cheesecake for Christmas Eve! It is SO good!! Merry Christmas!
