A little piece of summer I never posted 🌸💚
Matcha cake with mango cream 🥭

When I was little, every Sunday my mom made homemade pasta, usually for soup. To be honest, I hated it back then. Today, I'd give anything to sit at that table one more time and watch her patiently make it by hand. ❤️
It's funny how, as we grow older, we begin to understand what a gift it is to know how to make food from scratch. Pasta has always been my favorite meal, and maybe that's exactly why I feel such a deep connection to Italy. It's never been just about the food—it's about tradition, family, simplicity, and the love that's folded into every piece of dough.
This book is the beginning of a new journey for me. A chance to learn authentic recipes, pick up a few more Italian words, and take one more step toward my little Italian dream. 🇮🇹🍝
Andiamo... this is going to be a beautiful journey. ✨

🇮🇹🍝 Andiamo… bude to krásna jazda. ✨

🇮🇹Sicilian Almond Biscotti – Little Pieces of Italy

These soft, fragrant almond biscotti are simple, yet they carry the taste of Sicily – sunshine, sea breeze, and slow afternoons in the shade of citrus trees.

🥣 Ingredients
200 g sugar
200 g ground almonds
2 egg whites
Zest of 1/2 lemon
Pinch of salt

👩‍🍳 Method
Preheat the oven to 160 °C (320 °F).
In a bowl, mix the ground almonds, sugar, a pinch of salt, and lemon zest.
Add the egg whites and stir until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.
Shape into small balls and gently flatten them.
You can place an almond on top of each one.
Bake for about 20 minutes, until lightly golden with just a hint of blush on the edges.
Let them cool for at least 30 minutes so they can firm up.

🌿 Serving Then just close your eyes… and let yourself be transported to the sun-drenched Sicilian coast, where the air is scented with almonds, citrus, and sea salt.
Small, delicate, perfect.

Homemade bread that fills the whole house with warmth 🥖✨
Slow-fermented, made with care, and finished with that perfect crackly crust you can hear before you even taste it.
No shortcuts. Just flour, water, time, and a little patience.

This is the kind of bread you don’t rush.
Because the best things never are. 🤍

One of my all-time favorite desserts, inspired by a country that holds a special place deep in my heart 🇮🇹🤍
Tiramisu mousse – light, creamy, and full of soul ☁️🍫
A delicate harmony of espresso, cocoa, and mascarpone that melts into pure comfort with every spoonful.
For me, it’s more than just a dessert… it’s a feeling, a memory, a little escape to Italy ✨

I tried creating something new and fascinating—a mono dessert that brings together unexpected harmony in a single bite ✨

A soft pistachio sponge forms the base , rich and gently nutty.
At the center, a bright raspberry insert adds a fresh, slightly tangy contrast 🍓 that wakes up the palate.
It’s finished with a light cherry blossom mousse 🌸—delicate, airy, and softly floral, like a hint of spring captured in cream.
Simple elements, but together they tell a story of balance, contrast, and quiet elegance 🤍
