Every Monday | Family Night at La Colline | 4–9 PM
Bring the family to dinner and kids 12 and under eat FREE with the purchase of an adult entrée. Dine-in only; one complimentary kids meal per adult entrée.
Every Tuesday | Wh***ey Steak Night | 4–9 PM | $25
Tuesday nights call for steak and wh***ey. Enjoy a 10 oz. sirloin finished with a rye wh***ey glaze, served with mashed potatoes and a side salad, plus a special selection of featured wh***ey cocktails available for purchase. Wh***ey not included.
Every Wednesday | W**e Wednesdays | All Day

Every Thursday | Live Music at La Colline | 6–9 PM

Friday, October 2 | Fiorella Friday | 6–9 PM
Spend Friday evening exploring Castroville during Fiorella Friday, then make Hillside and La Colline part of your night. Fiorella Friday brings downtown Castroville to life on the first Friday of the month with local shops, restaurants and an evening community atmosphere.
Saturday, October 3 | B**r & W**e Fest | 4–10 PM
Kick off the first weekend of October with an evening of b**r, w**e and good company.
Sunday, October 18 | Hot Girls Pilates | 9 AM
Start your Sunday with an all-levels outdoor Pilates class on our Arbor & Terrace, surrounded by some of our favorite Hillside views. After class, stick around and enjoy the pool.
Wednesday, October 21 | Singing Water Vineyards W**e Dinner | $70 per person
Join us at La Colline for a special five-course dinner featuring curated pairings from Singing Water Vineyards. Each course has been thoughtfully paired with a different Texas w**e for an evening designed around great food, w**e and conversation.
And there’s always more to enjoy while you’re here. La Colline is open seven days a week, with breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus weekend brunch, daily Happy Hour and Petites & Pours throughout the week.
