Sunday Salmon is a delicious, NO-COST, organic, gluten and seed-oil-free community restaurant on Wolfensberger & Park Street in Castle Rock, CO. We are open for one dinner seating on Thursday nights at 6 pm featuring our Thankful Thursday dinner menu, and two dinner seatings on Sunday nights, the first at 5 pm, and the second at 6:15 pm, featuring our traditional Sunday Salmon menu. Beginning in J

une, Thankful Thursday will ONLY be on one Thursday each month. June 12th, July 17th, and August 14th. The restaurant is community-style, with tables seating 10-12 guests. Our goal? To foster connections by seating neighbors from all walks of life together to share family-style wholesome organic meals, good conversation, and a sense of belonging. Sunday Salmon thrives because of the kindness, generosity, and commitment of our community. There are many ways to get involved and help us carry this vision forward!

We welcome volunteers starting at age 9.

Ages 9–14: Must volunteer with a parent or guardian.

Age 14: May begin volunteering independently after their first shift with a parent or guardian, if everyone feels comfortable.

Ages 15+: May volunteer on their own.

In Castle Rock, nearly 7,000 of our neighbors face food insecurity. And in a community where need isn’t always visible, access to nourishing food can be harder to find than many realize.

That’s why we’re here.

Sunday Salmon provides no-cost, organic, allergen-sensitive meals to children, families, seniors, veterans, adults with disabilities and neighbors experiencing hardship throughout our community.

From Sunday dinners and Wednesday Wheels to school lunches, senior dining and our mobile food trailer, our mission is simple: remove the barriers between our neighbors and a nourishing meal.
