We’re only bringing about 50lbs worth of patties , and we have a feeling these things are going to GO FAST. We wouldn’t be surprised if they’re gone within the first 100 customers, so come early if you want to try one!

We move pretty quick at Funky Junk, so even when that line gets rolling, your food is usually ready just a few minutes after you order.

🚨 MENU UPDATE: KALBI

Starting in September, Kalbi may temporarily be off the menu.

Unfortunately, our meat department can no longer cut the beef ribs to the size we need for our Kalbi. The smallest cut currently available is 3/4 inch, which means one piece alone can weigh 6–8 oz.

Since we portion our plates by weight, using the thicker Kalbi would mean you may only receive 1–2 pieces on your plate, and we don’t feel that’s the best way to serve it.

For anyone wondering about our portions, every plate is approximately 1 lb of food:

• 8 oz meat – Chicken, Kalbi, or Mix
• 4 oz rice
• 4 oz mac salad

So for now, Kalbi will be taking a break until we can get the proper cut again.

We’d rather take it off the menu than give you a Kalbi plate we’re not happy with. 🤙🏽🌺

We will be replacing it with something equally as good or better.

Thank you all for your continued support and kind words that keep us going. It’s not easy running this 2-3 times a week with just 2 people.

Luckily we have a beautiful group of friends and family always willing to help out whether it be with the kids, helping us cook or to move equipment. Thank you all and we love you guys!
