Join us for a progression dinner on September 29th at 6:30 pm.

We begin in the deep sea with bluefin tuna, bright and briny.

From there, the courses move to the coast with crab, inland to duck, and further still to a centerpiece of A5 Wagyu.

Paired with wines from Alsace, a region once beneath the sea, whose rise left behind the mosaic of soils that shape its wines today.
