Also see Angelino's Pizza & Pasta under groups for other pictures, past fun posts, events, reviews & a past video clip of Angelino's on Fox 4 News "Good Day Dallas" morning show with Tim Ryan. My good friend Martin Zisman represents us doing a fun cooking demo of my Chicken Capri and I showcase also our Chicago Style Pizza and fresh produce that we picked up practically daily at least every other day from the near by Rosemead Market - A small yet fantastic famers market of fresh organic produce from local growers and also a wonderful garden nursery with many plants herbs shrubs and florals for your homes lawn garden and flower beds. They also have neat decorative things for the yard and landscaping rock, stones, retaining wall bricks and stones and beautiful stepping stones/pavers. They are Privately/independently owned employ many good young people all faith based as they often come from Christian Academies & other private schools usually faith based. They are all so nice, they learn your name quickly and your face even quicker. They had the top notch produce I was looking for and a big part of why our sauces and food tasted so good. Most days the best looking produce I had ever seen. If something didn't look it's usual steller quality it was due to something that affected that crop throughout the region so it still looked as good but usually still better than elsewhere. By far the best most robust heads of roman lettuce in Texas. Great fresh herbs, spinach , wonderful peppers and red, white & sweet yellow onions and fresh garlic and shallots. Also beautiful huge lemons and all their fruit was fantastic although I rarely needed too much for the restaraunt I would indulge for personal pleasure on the fruit and great melons of all types. I highly recommend you try out the Rosemead Market and your loyalty does count. They appreciated my business and it showed they often would give me a special deal on something and or would trough in something on the house and thank me for my business and tell me how much the appreciated it. They sent business my way and often recommended to their customers that they should try out Angelino's for lunch or dinner and they would often come or order delivery from us themselves. Unfortunately, we are out of business but I believe they are still going. They treat you like wait, no, they treat you better than family. Like they are kind, caring, considerate, and hospitable Grand parents and you are their prized Grandchild/Grandchildren. I don't now how else to explain it but they make you feel wanted & welcome, important and very special and appreciated. That was a rare treasure and a real treat for me to find. Now also in the Carrollton area is John Dees owner of "A Cut Above" Landscaping and Tree Trimming/Arborist.
