Teamwork makes the pizza work!! Yesterday, we pulled together our biggest (and best) pizzamaking team ever to make a whopping 1800 pizzas in ~1 hour for a huuuge catering gig!! It was pizza poetry in motion with 4 wood-fired pizza ovens, 11 gas powered ovens, 25 pizzamakers, truckloads of dough balls, and pounds and pounds of fresh mozzarella, pepperoni, and bacon marmalade!!
