We’re back!

The building we were in was sold, but we’ve found a new home and are restarting Elk Bolognese production.

Over the next two weeks, we’ll be restocking Mana Foods in Carbondale, Butcher Block in Aspen, Redstone General Store, and Paonia Food Movement.

Once current retailers are fully restocked, we’ll be bringing additional retailers online.
