Sorry for the delay in posting the schedule this week. We had to rescue the social media maiden from a fate almost worse than death---she was hog-tied to the local railroad tracks. Welcome back to another edition of Way-Back-When-Wednesday! This is one of the holiday events we held at Reformation Brewery when the Mill was still under construction. We had a cookie decorating party where Paula bribed her dad to be Santa. Of course Joe was the jolly taco elf.

Way-back-when-Wednesday! Did you know that we got our start at Canton Farmers Market and that we were originally part of Paula's Zzerts? After that, we expanded to the Roswell Farmers and Artisans where Paula was set up. Taco Tuesdays started up outside of Reformation Brewery in Canton....tacos started flying faster than tumbleweeds in a Texan dust storm, and Joe's Lonestar Tacos was birthed in 2020. When did you first try our tacos?
