Something I wish someone had told me earlier. 💛

For the first few years of running Eats of Canton I had a great team around me — but every single decision still ran through me.
I was the manager. Every problem. Every day. Every call.

That's not really owning a business. That's just buying yourself a job with extra steps. 😄

Three years ago I hired a full time manager, built real systems, and actually let go.

This past month has been our strongest in years.

Just got back from Miami after three days with thousands of restaurant operators from one of the biggest brands in the world. 👀
