Last night, the unimaginable happened. Around 3 AM, I received a phone call that no one ever wants to get… there was a fire at the building that houses Latitude 43.
What we arrived to find was devastating. Our entire restaurant, along with the second -floor apartments, suffered extensive damage.
Most importantly, we are incredibly thankful that everyone made it out safely. At the end of the day, no building or business is more important than the lives of those inside.
At this time, the cause of the fire is still under investigation, and unfortunately, Latitude 43 will be closed for the foreseeable future.
To say we are heartbroken would be an understatement. So much time, hard work, and love went into bringing Latitude 43 to life, and to see it all change in a matter of hours is something we are still trying to process.
To our incredible staff, customers, friends, and community, thank you for being part of what we've built. Your support has meant more to us than you know.
We don't have all the answers right now, but we will share updates as we learn more.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your love, patience, and support during this incredibly difficult time. ❤️
