คนใต้เรียกว่า “แกงส้ม” 🌶️
แต่คนภาคอื่นอาจคุ้นกันในชื่อ “แกงเหลือง” 💛

ชื่ออาจต่างกัน แต่ความหรอยแบบปักษ์ใต้ยังเหมือนเดิม—เปรี้ยว เผ็ด เข้มข้น ถึงเครื่องแกง 🤤🌶️

สำหรับคนใต้… แกงส้มก็คือแกงส้ม ไม่ใช่แกงเหลืองนะจ๊ะ 😆 แกงส้มปลากระพงหน่อไม้ดอง เมนูที่เราตั้งใจ ใช้วัตถุดิบอย่างดี เพราะเมนูนี้เข้าร้านข้าวแกงปักษ์ใต้ต้องมี!!

For a make-your-own delivery set, I’d keep the bao, pork, sauce, and pickles in separate containers so customers can steam the buns and assemble them fresh at home.

3 years ago, Grandma Da was serving our Southern Thai dishes at the Thai Sunday Market at Wat Nawamintararachutis. 🤎🇹🇭

Back then, we were simply sharing the food we grew up with. Today, those same flavors are being delivered to homes around Boston every other Monday.

Behind Krua Pak Thai, there are so many memories that people don’t always see. Family recipes. Long days in the kitchen. Shopping for ingredients. Making curry paste. Tasting and adjusting until it tastes like home. And, of course, Grandma Da—who was there sharing our food before Krua Pak Thai became what it is today.

Sometimes we look back and realize how far this little kitchen has come. So much has changed, but the heart of our food is still the same. ❤️

Why do we close orders 2 days before delivery? 🤎

It’s simple....we never want to compromise on quality.

Southern Thai cuisine requires a wide variety of fresh herbs, vegetables, spices, seafood, and specialty ingredients. Many of these can’t be found in just one store, so we spend time sourcing them from multiple Asian grocery stores and specialty markets.

Closing orders 2 days before delivery allows us to:
🛒 Gather every ingredient we need
🌿 Buy fresh ingredients instead of storing them for long periods
👨‍🍳 Prepare everything from scratch in our licensed commercial kitchen
🍛 Ensure every dish is made with the authentic flavors and quality you expect

This extra time helps us deliver meals that are fresh, consistent, and worth the wait.
